THE CHAS BURNETT BLUES BAND is one of the most energetic
blues bands
currently appearing on the Costa del Sol live music
circuit. Chas along with
two other musicians, bring together a
wealth of experience from years of
working in different areas
of the entertainment business, but come together collectively
to produce a great tight sound, and varied repertoire of their
own original songs intermingled with classic blues tracks. The
bands first CD
has just been released with 12 original tracks
written by Chas.
From Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North of England, Chas is
man of many
talents, starting out as a musician, but worked as
a successful stand up comic,
radio & TV presenter for many years,
now back to his roots, Chas fronts the
band as vocalist and guitarist.

The Line Up:-
John V. Smith - Bass Guitar & Vocals
From the North West of Britain, Initially self-taught, John later studied
with the legendary New York session bassist James Kirk before paying
his dues on the UK rock and blues circuit and later touring in Europe and
USA. John's basses are built by Overwater and the highly talented but
little known North Wales builder Ian Vickers.
Ian Saunders - Drums & Vocal
From Manchester, Ian played with different successful bands for over
20 years around the UK, as well as working on cruise ships for P&O,
playing all genres of music. He is also in demand as a session
drummer. One of the most accomplished musicians today, he is the
driving force behind the great sound this trio produces
